Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BulkyBaba (https://bulkybaba.in), customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the terms for returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.

1. Return Policy

At Bulkybaba, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear 7-Day Return Policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective, damaged, or completely completely wrong.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The return shipping will be entirely FREE of cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

Used or damaged products.
Customized or special-order products.
Clearance sale items.

3. Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g. UPI, Credit Card, Razorpay) within 3-5 Business Days.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a shipping AWB is generated, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery at Support@bulkybaba.in.
